Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from Thyme and Linen. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@thymeandlinen.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover return shipping in full.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
