Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select the size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at info@coolkidcloset.com.
How will I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days after processing. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
As we ship from Belgium to the UK, your order may be subject to UK customs fees or import VAT set by HMRC. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for it to activate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes for newborns through to children aged 10. Size guides are available on each product page.
Are your fabrics safe for children?
Yes. We carefully select natural, skin-friendly fabrics that are gentle on children's sensitive skin.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular items. Contact us to be notified when an item is back in stock.
