Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@coolkidcloset.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
