Cool Kid Closet ships to the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our supplier and delivered directly to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any promotions will be shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties (Post-Brexit)

As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU, orders shipped from Belgium may be subject to UK customs checks, import duties, or VAT upon entry. These charges are determined by HMRC and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cool Kid Closet is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by UK border processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@coolkidcloset.com and we will investigate promptly.
